We are currently seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with medical bookings and providing call assistance to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our guests.
Job Description: As an Appointment Setter at Rainmaker Hospitality, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage and set medical appointments for our guests. You will also provide call assistance to answer inquiries and address any concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling: Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to medical bookings. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to scheduling protocols.
Call Assistance: Professionally and courteously address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests over the phone. Provide accurate information and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of appointments, guest information, and medical booking preferences.
Communication: Collaborate with medical facilities and healthcare providers to coordinate appointment times and ensure guest needs are met.
Guest Satisfaction: Strive to provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls and appointments efficiently.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using scheduling software and databases.
Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and guest needs.
Previous experience in appointment setting or call center roles is a plus.
