We have opening for ( Female ) Business Development Executive Fluent in speaking English and Arabic for our startup ecommerce company. Candidate should have minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE.
The job description includes:
1. Identifying and targeting potential clients and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand our partnerships.
2. Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape relevant to our application.
3. Building and nurturing relationships with vendors before and after the sale.
4. Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to acquire new vendors, close deals, and achieve monthly targets.
5. Collaborating closely with higher management to refine our proposition and tailor sales pitches to effectively communicate the unique benefits and competitive advantages of the application.
6. Conducting presentations with our vendors to showcase our application solutions, addressing customer needs and pain points effectively.
7. Negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements with vendors.
8. Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and innovative solutions that align with our objectives.
9. Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities and CRM to your line manager, offering insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
10. Acting as a brand ambassador for the application, representing the company at E-commerce events, conferences, and networking opportunities to create awareness, generate leads, and foster valuable connections.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience in Sales, with core expertise in B2B deals (preferably experienced with E-commerce company)
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- UAE driving license is a MUST
- Fluent in speaking English and Arabic
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the Gifts shops in Dubai.
- Developing relationships with business owners.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
- Developing database of leads through referrals, telephone, face-to-face, cold calling to business owners, direct mail, and networking.
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume)
- Reviewing clients accounts and highlighting areas where the client can improve their performance to get more make more sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
