Executive Coach
KAI Partners, Inc. (KAIP) is currently seeking an Executive Coach responsible for working on internal KAIP projects and with external clients to address performance, team, and leader needs and issues; these may be addressed through performance management, talent development, and coaching solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain talent, professional, and leadership development processes and programs to improve and enhance the effectiveness of employees, leaders, teams, and the organization both internally and externally.

Partner with clients to create individual coaching plans with goals and action items. Discuss the progress of goals and action items with the client. Use the coaching process to navigate the discussion.- Research, design, manage, deliver, and facilitate leadership development internally and externally.
- Assess talent using assessments, performance reviews, and other data to provide proactive and compassionate coaching, feedback, and development guidance.
- Create competency models and curricula that reinforce successful performance through talent development, professional development, and leadership development initiatives.
- Report performance status and results using metrics and related tracking systems to report the impact of organizational development initiatives and strategies on business results.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.

- Excellent verbal, written, and proven facilitation skills.
- Ability to participate in projects and initiatives concurrently.
- Ability to work both independently and cohesively with others while fostering a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a professional manner and maintain confidential employee and client information.
- Strong consulting and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Leadership coaching skills include team performance management, communication strategies, leadership development, prioritization and goal setting, personal accountability, and stress management.
Work/Education Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, business, or psychology (preferred).
- 3+ years’ experience of coaching experience. Bonus: 100+ hours of leadership coaching time in the last 2 years.
- ICF Associate Certified Coach (or Professional Certified Coach or Master Certified Coach) required or equivalent.
- Preferred certifications: PROSCI Change Management Certification (or similar change management certification), Facilitation Certifications (e.g., DDi Facilitator Certification, Achieve Global, ATD certifications), StrengthsFinder/CliftonStrengths Coach Certification, DICS (TTI Success Insights preferred), Emotional Quotient (TTI Success Insights preferred), 12 Driving Forces (TTI Success Insights preferred), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Qualified.
- Experience in working with local, state, and/or federal government agencies (preferred).
Compensation Range: $115,000 - $150,000
The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, pay equity, and organizational needs, are considered when determining the posted salary range. In addition, eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
