Junior Financial Specialist (full-time, Kyiv)

Key responsibilities include inter alia:
- Cash desk transactions;
- Bank transactions (online banking);
- Invoice checking – following adapted processes;
- The document flow management;
- Supporting in Monitoring and management of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Obligation (SAP, WINPACCS);
- Supporting that all related requirements of internal controls (IC) are met, and annual controls are being prepared and conducted appropriately;
- Performing various tasks within the financial management and accounting within the project;
- Maintaining archive of financial documents;
- Performing other duties and tasks at the request of management.
Required qualifications, competences and experience:
- University degree in relevant specialization and qualification in business administration desirable (equivalent of BA)or related area;
- At least 2 years’ professional experience;
- Experience of working in NGO is an advantage;
- Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g., MS Office);
- Confidential handling of data and information;
- Good knowledge of the English language, a knowledge of German is an advantage, native speaker of Ukrainian;
- Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management;
- Proactive, innovative, and hands-on attitude;
- Keen on details within checking of reports.

Employment conditions
Full-time position with 40-hours working week. The contract duration is 1 year. Prolongation is possible. Starting as soon as possible.
