Responsibilities
As a Delivery Manager in Omny you will be working with the biggest companies in the industry and play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our software solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of implementing and deploying our data platform. Your role will involve managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
- Project Management: Take ownership of the project delivery process, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan, within budget, and within defined timelines. Develop project plans, establish milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific data integration and risk analysis requirements. Provide expert guidance on how Omny solutions can best meet their needs and translate their requirements into actionable project plans.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including development, data engineering, quality assurance, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless integration of our software into the client's environment. Foster effective communication channels between teams to resolve any issues that may arise during implementation.
- Project Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively address them to minimize project disruptions. Continuously monitor and evaluate project risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies to delivery timeline and with customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of a reliable and high-quality software solution. Conduct thorough testing and oversee quality control processes to guarantee optimal performance and accuracy of data integration and risk analysis functionalities.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, increase efficiency, and optimize customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement in the software solution and delivery methodology, collaborating with the product management team to implement necessary changes.
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education in computer science or related field.
- Project management experience in the software/SaaS industry.
- Understanding of data integration and risk analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
